NEW ZEALAND
Shipping on orders valued over NZD$100 is free unless delivery is to a rural address. There is a surcharge of $8.95 for rural deliveries and we recommend if you want to avoid that charge you use a town address and pick your goods up from there. Shipping on orders valued at under NZD$100 is charged at $8.95 for North Island and $15.95 for South Island delivery addresses. So if you spend under $100 you will be charged the shipping fee and the rural fee if both apply to your delivery address.

Please be aware we cannot dispatch orders if the shipping is short-paid by not checking if your postcode is classified as RURAL. Click here to see a full list of rural postcodes in New Zealand.

Shipping on orders valued over AUD$100 is free. Shipping on orders valued at under $100 is $11.95

WHOLESALE ORDERS
Shipping is charged on all wholesale orders to New Zealand and Australia.

We dispatch orders 1-2 business days after we receive your order and payment. You should email us if you require goods urgently at sales@ecoyogastore.co.nz

New Zealand Customers: you should use the NZ website (change currency in the top right corner of the website) and all prices will be given in NZ dollars including GST and you will be charged in NZD. We use Fastway Couriers to make our deliveries and you will receive tracking information as your order leaves our warehouse.

Australian Customers: you should use the AU website (change currency in the top right corner of the website) and all prices will be given in AU dollars and you will be charged in AUD. We dispatch all orders from our NZ warehouse on a 6-10 working day service. There is no GST in the transaction when the goods are sent from NZ. The package leaves New Zealand using NZPost. On arrival into Australia is goes to AusPost who deliver to you.

Our warehouse doesn't dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays in New Zealand. 

Please note if we are required to post your product/s a second time, for example if you provide us with incorrect address data then you will be required to pay the postage for this.

New Zealand

Customers in New Zealand can log into ecoyogastore.co.nz to shop. Your products will be shipped from our NZ warehouse.

Australia

Customers in Australia can log into ecoyogastore.com.au to shop. Your products will be shipped from our NZ warehouse on a 6-10 working day service. We do not cover the cost to return a product from Australia unless it is clearly faulty so please choose carefully.

International Orders (Countries outside NZ or AU)

We can ship goods to any country in the world but the cost to send them has to be individually calculated. Please contact us by email to arrange an international order. 

shipping on wholesale orders

We calculate the freight cost of all wholesale orders based on the final dimensions of the consignment. You need to contact us by email with your requirements for a wholesale order and we will manually process it for you.

exchanges and returns

To return a faulty product: Your product/s should arrive in top condition. If this is not the case then we make it super easy to get a replacement or a refund within 21 days of you receiving them. Simply email us at sales@ecoyogastore.co.nz and we’ll organise the return with you. We cover the freight cost of getting the faulty product back to us and to send you out a replacement if you do not want a refund. A photograph of the fault will be required prior to the return to enable us to classify the product as faulty on not faulty. In some cases stock levels may prevent us from being able to provide exactly the same product. The fault classification is at our discretion. We are firm but fair with such decisions.

To exchange a product or return one that's not faulty: We can exchange or provide a refund on products that are not faulty within 15 days of you receiving them but we do not cover the freight costs. Returns that are not faulty must include their original product wrapper or packaging so we can sell them as new. If you don't like the colour of a product that is not considered a fault. Our website is as colour correct as we can possibly get it. All devices show colours differently. Even internet browsers have colour variation. If you purchased the wrong product that is not considered a fault. Our website provides as much information as possible to help you make the right product selection. We welcome your call to discuss products prior to purchase to ensure you are buying the right type. Call Helen on 021 285 3320 during business hours if you are unsure. The classification of whether a product is faulty or not is at our discretion. We are firm but fair with such decisions. Once we receive a product back from you we can issue the refund or exchange it. We do not cover the freight cost to send the exchange product to you. Please ensure you include your name when returning a product to us and let us know you are sending something back so we can expect it. Returns and exchanges must be arranged within 21 days of when you received your product otherwise we are not obligated to refund or exchange for you. We do not cover the freight cost to return a product that is not deemed faulty and in the case of exchanges we do not cover the freight cost to get a new product out to you.

Thank you for shopping with us discount codes expire on the last day of each year. In 2017 the discount rate was 15% in 2018 this has been reduced to 10% due to raising operational costs.

Prices shown in our website include GST for New Zealand sales and do not have any GST content for Australian sales. Our terms are full payment prior to dispatch. You should receive your products in excellent condition. If this is not the case, you can return them in original condition to receive a full refund or replacement product [based on stock availability] within 15 days of receiving your product. We keep our website as up-to-date as possible but from time to time the information about prices and availability may not be absolutely accurate. We will contact you immediately if there is an issue with any product in your order and resolve this promptly.

Disclaimer

Our products are designed to aid you during yoga poses. Please use good judgment and don't put yourself or others in positions using props where injury may result. We will not be held liable for injury caused by any of our products. Seek the advice of a qualified teacher for instruction on how to use our yoga props correctly.

All measurements and weights quoted in our website are approximate only. There can be variation on product measurements and weights and while we do everything we can to provide accurate information to you but sometimes our figures may be inaccurate.
